Flexischools login does not match SSO email

If on login you see "Flexischools login does not match SSO email" then you need to check your SSO login details

This login error means that the email you are logging into Flexischools with is not the same as the email that is linked to your SSO account.  Please try the following:

  1. Check that you are logging into your SSO with the same user account as your Flexischools email
  2. If this does not fix the issue, you will need to contact your school IT to ask them to check the email address that is linked to your SSO account.  It must match the email address you are using to access Flexischools
